Work for Success: Developing Dads . . . Building Relationships

Are you interested in becoming a better father?

Are you interested in arrears forgiveness for your child support owed to the state of Kansas?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, please keep reading. This is for you.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed or underemployed fathers in Kansas to participate in Work for Success, an innovative FREE program designed to strengthen families through:

  • Employment Skills Training
  • Employment Assistance
  • Parenting and Healthy Relationships
  • Mentoring

Through Work for Success, you will receive job readiness skills through practice interviews, completing job applications, resume building, job-retention services and career advancement. You will also be supported by a personal case manager.

You may qualify for Work for Success if:

  • You have the ability and willingness to work
  • You are unemployed or underemployed
  • You are 18 or older
  • You are a father to a biological or legally adopted child
  • You are eligible to work in the United States
