Marci is the Director of Family Services which includes supervising the Rapid Re-housing Program and the Safe Release Support Program. Marci is also a certified SOAR Representative allowing her to assist homeless individuals in applying for disability. She is a life-long Kansan and has lived in the Garden City area for most of her adult life. She is active in the community and enjoys volunteering her time with organizations she is passionate about. She received her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.
