Amy Falcon, LMSW, currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Catholic Charities. In addition to supervising the Adoption Program, Amy coordinates the Teen Moms Program and the agency's Disaster Response efforts, she provides counseling services for the general public and pregnancy support services for women, and she serves as an active liaison between the agency and the Southwest Kansas Problem Gambling Task Force. Amy attended St. Mary of the Plains College, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology in May 1992. Prior to coming to Catholic Charities in 2000, Amy was employed as a Licensed Social Worker at United Methodist Youthville and at Social and Rehabilitation Services. In 2018, Amy completed her Masters in Social Work through the University of Kansas. She is a lifelong resident of Dodge City, residing in the city with her husband and her three children.
