Barton Community College Announces GED Orientation Dates

Earn Your High School Diploma

General Educational Development (GED) tests give a student the opportunity to earn a Kansas State High School diploma. This credential is recognized as a key to employment opportunities, advancement, further education and financial rewards. 

One way that you can earn your High School Diploma is through the Barton Adult Education Program:

  • Receive one on one and small group instruction in all subjects. 
  • Classes are free but participants are responsible for the $65 materials fee. 
  • Scholarships available for fees and tests – 
  • additional application required.
  • Two classes available (morning and evening) 

Orientation Dates

  • July 9 – 12, 2018 
  • September 10 – 13, 2018 
  • November 5 – 8, 2018 
  • January 7 – 10, 2019 
  • March 11 – 14, 2019 
  • May 6 – 9, 2019

*A student is required to attend all four days of orientation and the first day of class.
