We are offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed or underemployed fathers in Kansas to participate in Work for Success, an innovative FREE program designed to strengthen families through:

• Employment Skills Training
• Employment Assistance
• Parenting and Healthy Relationships
• Mentoring

Through Work for Success, you will receive job readiness skills through practice interviews, completing job applications, resume building, job-retention services and career advancement. You will also be supported by a personal case manager.

You may qualify for Work for Success if:

• You have the ability and willingness to work
• You are unemployed or underemployed
• You are 18 or older
• You are a father to a biological or legally adopted child
• You are eligible to work in the United States
