We know that communication, compromise, and a good dose of patience and forgiveness are essential for a happy, healthy marriage. These habits of married life are sometimes challenging even under good conditions; they are downright miraculous if either spouse is sleep-deprived. Sometimes, however, sleep deprivation is something that partners do to each other without even meaning to!
